The Design Brief for this Wedding cake was:-

Well a bit confused to start!! The bride to be and her fiance had different dreams for their ideal cake, she dreamed of lillies and he hoped for rich chocolate. What we planned was a cake that fulfilled both requirements, rich chocolate sponge covered in white chocolate which unlike most chocolate cakes was smooth covered and very elegant with a shimmering finish. To complete i designed a new concept, a heart depicted in calla lillies with crystal sprays, these are made in sugar so as to achieve a life like effect and also allowing a great keepsake that would last. For him "Extremely delicious" and for her "absolutly beautiful". And for me a pleasure to make.
